I am sorry but I am not going to discuss the classical HOW TO LOSE YOUR WEIGHT IN 30 DAYS here. If you’re an underweight just like me and figuring out how to increase your weight, this article is for you. So, lets dive in:
You can’t opt for shortcuts for increasing your weight like consuming soda, donuts, and other junk foods. They help you to gain weight initially, but it’s not a healthy approach. It can increase your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

A healthier approach to gaining weight involves having a balanced amount of muscle and fat rather than a lot of unhealthy belly fat. Higher the body fat, higher your chances of developing type 2 diabetes and other health problems.
So, to gain weight healthily, you must focus on eating more nutrientnious foods and having a healthy lifestyle that involves exercising, getting enough sleep, and most importantly reducing stress, if you can.
My article outlines simple strategies to gain weight quickly using healthy methods rather than unhealthy ones.
Eat More Frequently
When you're underweight, you may feel full faster because you have a small tummy. So, eating five to six tiny meals during the day rather than having two or three large meals helps.
Dates

Hey, don’t let your mind go off the topic. I am talking about date shake. It is scientifically proven that dates have many health benefits, and it helps in increasing your weight. It has uncountable benefits, and I can’t list all of them here, but it gives you instant energy and a plus point is that it maintains/increase your HB level.
Cherry on Top
Always add something extra to your food for more calories. Such as you can put cheese in scrambled eggs, and fat-free dried milk in soups and stews. Plus, using plenty of spices, sauces, and condiments are the best way to make your food tasty. The tastier your food is, the easier it is for you to eat a lot of it, and it add additional calories too.
Have an Occasional Sweet Tooth

Having a lot of sugar can be alarming even if you're underweight, try to be mindful of excessive sugar and fat. An occasional cupcake from LAYERS, brownie from Dunkin Donuts and a cheesecake from Uncle Tetsu is ok but not too much. Most treats should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories like Bran muffins, yogurt and granola bars are good choices.
Have Smoothies and Shakes
I don’t know about you, but I am a huge soft drink fan. It’s not healthy and we have to avoid it at any cost. So, don’t have sodas, coffee and other drinks with few calories and having almost no nutritional value. Instead, make smoothies or healthy shakes at home with milk and fresh or frozen fruit. Plus, it tastes good too.
Make Every Bite Count
Have snacks like nuts, peanut butter, cheese, dried fruits and avocados. Always try to have a bedtime snack, such as a peanut butter and jelly, or a wrap sandwich with vegetables, meat or cheese.
Avoid Water

It is strange that I am asking you to avoid drinking water? Relax …. Its only before meals. Drinking water before meals can fill your stomach and make it harder for you to get in enough calories
Exercise
You couch potato thought you can skip exercise? VERY FUNNY. You have to build muscles and it can only be done through exercise; it also stimulates your appetite.
Sleep Like a Baby
hehe I can definitely read what’s in your heart. I know everyone loves to sleep without being interrupted and that’s exactly what you need for weight gain. Having a quality sleep is very important for muscle growth.
