All You Need To Know About YOGIC BREATHING

Life's gotten so busy, who thinks of the way of breathing now? But the truth that has faded through our conscience with time is that a thing as simple as breathing can impact our health in an exceptional way. Not to sound all mystic but it is the reality of the very human world we exist in.

Our breathing patterns and the cycle of the planet are inextricably linked together. The activity of breathing is not merely about inhaling and exhaling. It has a deeper purpose that we as humans should acknowledge.

If you breathe 15 times per minute (which the normal stats state), you will have 21,600 breaths per day. It's not just a random number. It is the number of nautical miles across the equator; 21,600, and the space between one longitude and the next longitude is 60 nautical miles. In space, this is referred to as a minute.

According to space time, if we reduce our breathing rate to 12 on average, we will live up to 180 years. If you reduce your breath count to 9, you can live for up to 124 years. If you reach a state where you have a static breath, it is almost as if you are hibernating and being brought back to life. There is no set time limit for such a person; he will die when he is healthy and free of ailments.

It is also believed that if you train your body to accustom to certain level of stillness, then your perception goes on increasing. Your state of mind becomes more aware and conscious of the environment you reside in.

Let's all pledge towards a more conscious and stable breathing pattern, even if we do not know all the mathematics of the mysticity this action holds.
