As we all know, the process of digestion begins in the mouth through saliva and enzymes. About 40-50% of digestion happens in our mouth. Now the other digestive organs are expecting partially digested food. What we're doing these days is delivering undigested food to our stomachs and thinking where we went wrong. In this situation, we eat more than we need to eat. And to process this much food, there happens to be inertia in the body. Due to inertia , our sleep quota increases drastically.
