Eating Habits to Improve Cognition

Eat fresh foods for one whole week and then eat processed food the other week, and see a difference for yourself. 

If you consume inertia-causing foods, your cognitive process will generally decline over time. Today's generation is heavily depending on energy and fizzy drinks to overcome declining cognition. Putting right things in your body will not overcome the effect of stuffing it with the wrong things at first.

This kind of combination creates a war in our systems. For example, meat alone is healthy for us. However, it loses its nutritious value when it is taken with rice. It stays more than 2.5 hours in the stomach which is considered an alarming sign for digestion. 

Then there's the concept of colon cleansing. The clean state of colon and balanced state of mind are interconnected. If you're having sleepless nights or any kind of psychological distress (mild), purging and cleaning the colon is the best solution to go for. More usage of turmeric (in any form) and neem can help with this process. It will keep the digestive tract clean and bacteria free.
