Human survival depends on what we eat as it nourishes our body but the food we consume also nourishes our souls. What we consume affects our body in terms of health as well as spiritual energy. After all, there is a spiritual connection between food and our physical body as in nature everything has a soul. Removing junk or unhealthy food from your daily routine diet is the beginning of the spiritual food journey. So here are seven food to increase your spiritual health.  


1. Water: 

Water is very basic yet very important to our body to function properly in terms of manufacturing blood, digestion of food, regulation of temperature, and hydration of the skin. Water is very important for your spiritual health and growth because water serves the purpose of cleanses and detoxifying your body. Drink a glass of water every morning, it will help you feel fresh and clean and help you revive after sleep. Drinking water in the morning helps us to detoxify our negative energy, and emotions and allow us to open up to spirituality and start a good day by getting hydration.  


2. Fruits and vegetables: 

Organic fruits and vegetables are very essential for the human body in terms of spirituality because they come from Earth. Raw fruits and vegetables are extremely good for humans because of their good minerals and vitamins. We should consume food directly from nature because vitamins and minerals can be lost when they are cooked. Eating raw vegetables and fruits helps us connect to the earth and gets our attention to the divine source and grounds us in terms of spirituality.

Yogurt contains lots of nutrients and is created by the action of lactic acid bacteria on organic milk. The use of yogurt is very good for digestive system health. Eating yogurt for breakfast help to increase spiritual health by detoxifying the body. 


6. Dates:  

Dates are considered holy food that strengthens the soul and is very beneficial for health. The use of dates daily helps in good blood regulation, increase the functioning of the heart and liver, and strengthens the mind.  


7. Garlic:  

Garlic is considered a good omen in many parts of the world and has been used in many spiritual practices in many religions because of its amazing uses. Intake of raw garlic a day helps to decontaminate our stomach and increase digestion. The use of garlic also boosts our immunity and protects us from many diseases like cough fever colon cancer.
