Diet Tips for Students
Our main challenge, being students, is to focus right? Focus for much longer periods! And not only on one subject, but we also have 6-7 subjects lying in front of us. So, what is it that we’re eating wrong or is it the way we are eating which is not sitting right with our bodies?
Let's first look at the way anything should be eaten by human beings. As we all know, the process of digestion begins in the mouth through saliva and enzymes. About 40-50% of digestion happens in our mouth. Now the other digestive organs are expecting partially digested food. What we're doing these days is delivering undigested food to our stomachs and thinking where we went wrong. In this situation, we eat more than we need to eat. And to process this much food, there happens to be inertia in the body. Due to inertia, our sleep quota increases drastically.
If we learn to eat and sit properly, we can drop our sleep to 4-5 hours within three weeks. Yes, keeping the right posture is important. However, the way we eat is crucial to human bodies.
Another precious tip is to make sure that the food which you consume is alive -has living cells. Do not expect to live a lively life while eating dead food. After this practice, you will find your state of mind, your sleep quota, and your ability to focus strengthen over time.
Moreover, make sure to eat food with the simplest genetic code or software like a leaf, vegetable, a sprout etc.
